SGA CONSTITUTION
The UAFS Student Government Association Constitution establishes the framework for effective student advocacy and representation. This document defines SGA’s purpose, authority, delegated powers, officer qualifications, membership, and procedure ensuring a structured and transparent approach to addressing student needs and shaping campus life.
SGA BYLAWS
The UAFS Student Government Association Bylaws provide the essential details that
guide the day-to-day operations and structure of the SGA. They outline membership
requirements, attendance policies, officer duties, standing committees, and executive
board roles to ensure clarity, accountability, and effective governance in serving
the student body.
ALLOCATIONS
One of your representatives' duties is allocating funds to all registered student
organizations on campus. The process starts with the RSO submitting a funding request
to the finance and allocation committee, which the SGA treasurer chairs. The committee
then votes on the amount and brings it forward for the rest of the assembly to vote
on.
